Rental market in kirwan still strong

We continue to see good enquiry for rentals in the Kirwan area. There appears a shortage of supply, given the walk in traffic looking for 4 bedroom homes in particular up to $400 per week.

Our vacancy rate in Kirwan is now zero.

The unit market continues to show signs of over supply, backed up by over 70 untis available in North Ward alone in the $250 to $300 per week range.

This is not abating.

Fully self contained units, priced under $400 appear to be popular, and this seems to have been fed by the recent Port expansion with the work force increasing as the project gears up.
